ORDER TRACKING

When you login at your account, you will be able to get information about your order and track your package online all the way to your shipping adress under My Account > Orders Tacking
pages.

If you order items without login, you will be able to get information about your order and track your package online all the way to your shipping adress under ‘Orders Tacking’ section on homepage.

In addition, you will be able to track your package online from MNG Kargo's website with your tracking number for the item sent by sms.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Your order will be delivered to MNG Kargo between 24 and 48 hours. MNG Kargo will notify you by sms after you receive your order and will deliver it to your address within 1-3 working days according to the region you are in.

Delivery may take slightly longer on mobile sites. The courier companies do not work during the official holidays, your package will be shipped within the first working day.

RETURN POLICY

You can change your order free of charge at the current selling price in all our stores. (At the moment, it is not possible to change your order online) Please note that you do not need to bring your packing slip or your bill for change your order in our stores.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. You can return your order free of charge fill in the return form at the behind the bill by MNG Kargo (The money transaction is not done in our stores.)

If you have lost your packing slip, you can return your order by writting your order number, name / surname, your contact details and the reason for your return.

After reaching our warehouses, if your products are eligible for our return policy your refund will be processed within 2 business days and you will be informed by e-mail. You will be able to track your return online from MNG Kargo's website.

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 7 days, depending on your bank. Please remember to check your account. However, if you paid your order cash/card payment at the door, you will receive the refund in your bank account by taking your IBAN information. You can share your IBAN information with us by filling out the payment refund form at the door.
